Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Digital products include: PDF guides ("Find Your Size", "Lingerie Wardrobe"), access to the paid calculator, and the bundle "Both guides + calculator".

No refunds are providedonce you have received access to the materials (download link or promo code). Digital content cannot be "returned" by its nature.

If you experienced a technical issue (email not received, broken link), please contact contact@aigerim.pro immediately and we will resolve it.

2. Online Bra Fitting Sessions

A session ($35) may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time — a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

3. Course «Bra Fit Yourself»

You may cancel your course enrollment at least 24 hours before the first session for a full refund. After that deadline or once the course has started, no refund is provided.

4. Staff Training (B2B)

Cancellation and refund terms are agreed individually in the contract.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@aigerim.pro with:

• Email address used for payment
• Name of the product or service
• Reason for the request

We review requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within the processor's timeline (typically 3–10 business days).
