These Terms of Use govern the use of aigerim.pro and the purchase of digital products and services offered by Aigerim Akmatalieva (the «Seller»), an individual operating in Argentina.

2. Digital Products

PDF guides and access to the paid calculator are delivered in digital format. Once access is granted, the product is considered fully delivered. You may use the materials for personal use only — resale, copying or redistribution is prohibited.

3. Educational Services

Online courses and individual sessions are held at the agreed time via Google Meet. Date and time are confirmed by email after payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All site materials — texts, illustrations, methodology — are the intellectual property of the Seller. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the materials. Recommendations are general in nature and do not replace professional medical advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Argentine law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if that fails, in the competent court at the Seller's place of residence.

7. Changes

The Seller may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
